The Reading Hospital Soft Landing Program provides support to pregnant and postpartum women struggling with substance use. Use of substances including alcohol, marijuana, opiates, and stimulants, can be detrimental to mom and baby. Soft Landing can help pregnant and postpartum people who are currently using substances, those who have stopped, as well as those who are utilizing Medication Assisted Treatment.

Available services include:

  • Care Coordination

  • Therapy

  • Referral to medical care

  • Recovery and mental health support

  • Pregnancy and parenting support

  • Help applying for food stamps and housing

  • And more!

Referrals are accepted from individuals, professionals, mothers-to-be, and loved ones.
